Accreditation and Acknowledgement

By the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS), the national accreditation body for the Federal Republic of Germany for the certification of products according to the European Standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 17065 "Conformity assessment - Requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services". 1. By the ZLS Central Authority of the Federal States for Safety:

• for the certification of eye protection in the scope of the European Community Directive 89/686/EEC and regulation (EU) 2016/425 about personal protective equipment (PPE), here we are additionally notified body by the European Commission (Notified Body 0196)
• for the test of personal protective equipment in the scope of the European Community Directive 89/686/EEC and regulation (EU) 2016/425 as well as eye protection equipment in the scope of the German Product Safety Act (Produktsicherheitsgesetz - ProdSG)

2. By the German Institute for Construction Technique (DIBt):

as inspection and certification body (ÜZ-Stelle BER10)

• for the construction products in the Annex to the Administrative Regulation on Construction (VV TB Bln) chapter C2 with serial number: C 2.12.1.2, C 2.12.1.3, C 2.12.1.4, C 2.12.1.5, C 2.12.1.5, C 2.12.1.6, C 2.12.1.7, C 2.12.1.8, C 2.12.1.9, C 2.12.1.10, C 2.12.1.14, C 2.12.1.15, C 2.12.1.16 as well as C 2.12.1.17
• for building products with general approval by a building authority according to part 1 of the register of testing-, supervisory- and certification centres according to the German state building law with the serial number:
  
  • 31.1/1 pipes, shapes, slots, internal coatings made of plastic products, reconstruction procedures with plastic products (Z-42.1-..., Z-42.2-..., Z-42.3-...)
  • 31.1/2 pipes, shapes, slots, internal coatings made of fibre- glass reinforced polyester resin (UP-GF), reconstruction procedures with fibre- glass reinforced polyester resin (UP-GF) (Z-42.1-..., Z-42.2-..., Z-42.3-...) and
  • 41.1/5 pipes from thermoplastics (Z-40.23-...).
